'Local talents lack opportunities to grow'

Bangalore: "India is a country that has a large pool of talented professionals even in the remotest areas, while they are not getting enough opportunities to showcase their potentials," said Guhesh Ramanathan, Strategic Advisor, Professional Aptitude Council (PAC). Enabling the local talents to cope up with today's industry needs and take them into leadership position is what the mission set by PAC to launch its PAC Honor Society in India. The new initiative is a professional society aims to empower technology knowledge workers to grow as leaders.
PAC honor society will provide opportunities to Indian professionals to learn through interacting with high caliber professionals and some of the world's renowned leaders. All the resources that this initiative offers both online and in the local community will be available free of charge to the members. Those individuals who demonstrate their professional achievements and leadership potential will have the opportunity to benefit from the resources that the society offers.
"India's workforce comprises of many talented individuals, yet wider society has not experienced the depths of the contributions that they have to offer. PAC's new initiative is to give these individuals access to rich resources, regardless of their backgrounds," said Naveen Managing Director, PAC.
