LG Soft ties up with Texas Instruments India

NEW DELHI: LG Soft India, the software solutions company promoted by LG group, said today it would work with Texas Instruments India to develop applications for 2.5 and 3G wireless handsets and portable device -- PDAs.

Texas Instruments India will help LGSI develop competencies in the area of OMAP platform by providing technical support training, consultancy and reference boards which LGSI will leverage to develop software applications for next generation mobile handsets and handheld devices, a LGSI release said here.

"Using Texas Instrument's OMAP platform, LGSI would develop world-class software solutions in wireless domain", Anilesh Seth, president, LG Soft India, was quoted as saying.
