Kovair & Pegasys join hands to provide SaaS based solutions

Milpitas: Kovair Software has formed partnership with Michigan based Pegasys, which focus on reselling of SaaS based solutions, CRM services and custom software development to provide Kovair's SaaS solutions both for ALM/SDLC and ITSM tools applications.
"For Kovair, Pegasys will focus on promoting its Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions both for ALM/SDLC and ITSM tools applications that have a huge potential for the India market" said Bipin Shah, CEO & Chairman of Kovair.
As part of the partnership Kovair Software will organize a seminar in association with Pegasys focused on "bridging the IT service management and ALM/SDLC". The seminar, which will be conducted by Sky Basu, CTO, Kovair Software, is scheduled to be held on September 9 at Hotel Novotel.
"This is a must attend Seminar for all the people in IT industry that are primarily involved in selecting the right tools for both the Application Lifecycle Management and IT Services functions" said Jhilam Nandi, Kovair India head for sales and marketing.
"We are pleased to form this partnership with Kovair which offers a very comprehensive product for both product development and IT Services combined with SaaS or On the Cloud delivery with excellent integration and process capabilities' commented Ramesh Bhandari, MD of Pegasys.
