Kale Consultants to give Finnair new processing system

Mumbai: Pune-based airline software solutions provider Kale Consultants has inked an agreement with northern Europe's leading cargo carrier Finnair Cargo for providing airmail cargo revenue processing systems. In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Tuesday, the company said Kale Consultants would provide outsourced airmail cargo revenue accounting services to Finnair Cargo. In other words, Kale Consultants will scan and process airmail information, documents and invoices in Finland and Mumbai corollary with revenue accounting and management of mail operations. Kale and Finnair have already entered into business partnership in other sectors. The signing of airmail cargo agreement is the latest development in their longstanding relationship, according to the official communiqu鮍 Peter O'sullivan, chief of cargo and logistics practice of Kale Consultants, said: "We are delighted that Finnair Cargo has chosen Kale to provide this service. We are planning to begin the operation this spring." "Although we already provide outsourced revenue accounting services to many airlines. This is our first airmail BPO contract. We intend to grow this business in the coming year," he added.
