KPIT Cummins Q2 net up by 19%

PUNE: KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has registered a 11.04 percent rise in consolidated revenues at $17.65 million for Q2-06, against $15.9 million in the previous quarter of same year. The net profit grew by 19.21 percent to $1.73 million ($1.45 million). The earnings per share stood at $0.12 for the quarter, up from $0.10 for the previous quarter. The company’s Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer, KPIT, Ravi Pandit said: “The revenues from the Advanced Technology Solution (ATS) line of business had grown 20 percent sequentially in the second quarter. The BPO subsidiary bagged its first contract for a technical helpdesk solution with a large multinational. The work would commence in the third quarter.”
