HYDERABAD: JP Mobile, Inc., the parent company of JP Mobile India Limited a leading provider of enterprise mobility software, has announced their collaboration with Novell(r) to include support for GroupWise(r) 6.0 and 6.5 in SureWave Enterprise Server.

Organizations with Novell GroupWise that require a wireless and/or cradle synchronization solution on all major handheld platforms can now use SureWave to increase responsiveness and productivity. With SureWave, organizations can choose any Palm, Windows Mobile, RIM or Symbian device, as well as any Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)-capable device, on any wireless network to address the needs of their mobile workforce.

Today, SureWave provides that much needed solution," said Ananth Rao, executive vice president, JP Mobile. "With SureWave, GroupWise customers now benefit from a lower total cost of ownership and many productivity gains that we have been delivering to Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino customers."

"Synchronizing business data with handheld devices has become a critical element of conducting business today," said Ed Anderson, vice president of marketing for Novell's Nterprise Platform Services group. "JP Mobile's experience in the mobile and wireless e-mail space aligns well with the sophisticated needs of the GroupWise community."
