2. Big Brother:

Big Brother is a fictional character created by George Orwell in his novel ‘Nineteen Eighty-Four’. The character is widely known and recognized by everyone. Big Brother is the mysterious dictator of Oceania, a totalitarian state taken to its utmost logical consequence – where the ruling party wields total power for its own sake over the inhabitants. There is talk of ‘Big Brother’ whenever the government passes a restrictive law or limits freedom in any way. It is still a universal fright that an institution similar to the fictional Big Brother will govern all the masses.

3. Santa Claus:

It is a common belief among children that if they don’t perform well all throughout the year, they won’t get a gift from Santa Claus. Saint Nicholas codenamed Santa Claus is a figure with legendary, mythical, historical and folkloric origins who, in many western cultures, is said to bring gifts to the homes of the good children on the Christmas Eve. Since the 20th century, the Santa Clause trend became more popularized, with the song “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”
