Ola Money is a new referral scheme which incentivizes users to refer the app to their friends right from their smartphones. Ola will provide a referral code to all users who download the new app on their Android or iPhones using which they can invite friends to download the Ola app. The invited friend on signing up for the Ola app using this referral code instantly gets Rs 50 Ola Money in his wallet. Also, whenever this friend takes the first ride and completes it, the referrer earns Rs 50 Ola Money in their wallet. The older version of the app will not support this feature.

Ola Money- Online Recharge

Going a step ahead towards making payments hassle free for users, Ola has now enabled a recharge option too. Customers can log in to their account through the website and recharge using their credit card, debit card or net banking account. This recharge shall be added to the Ola Money and shall be used for payments against subsequent rides. This feature removes the hassle from payment at the end of the ride. This is the only cab service in the country that enables virtual payments for intra-city cab rides.
