Indian firm to develop Iranian port

TEHRAN: An Indian company has finalised an agreement with Iran's Ports and Shipping Organisation (PSO) to develop four docks at the Shahid Beheshti port in Chabahar area, Iran's Mehr news agency reports. According to Ali Taheri, a PSO official, the Indian company will launch construction of two docks with a capacity of 150,000 tonnes for mooring large ships in the port within two months. The name of the Indian company was not revealed.
