Indian IT firms bet big on U.S., UK markets
New Delhi: The U.S. and the UK markets are still considered attractive for Indian IT service providers, with about 71 percent of surveyed service providers planning to expand their presence in the two countries, says a study.

According to a study by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and CII, the English speaking demographic was one of the key reasons why it was initially easy for Indian companies to align themselves with businesses in the U.S and UK.

The study further said the smaller players are more excited about the U.S. and UK, while the bigger players prefer Eastern European countries.

However, with the demand slowing down, new markets across Continental Europe, Latin America and the Asia Pacific are poised to gain importance in the coming years.

Yes, Reddy your are correct upto certain extent, there are lot more IT firm in India and abroad, servicing internal product support is not sufficient to us,if we want to increase our growth across the world we need to expand our service centers all over the world. On top of this another side china is becoming big competetor/ treat to our indian IT firms, but we are most advanced in this strategies.Let hope..to grow our market values in the world class levels then India will be strong in IT services providers, in future Indian companies darely face any kind of abstacles/ hurdles due to cricis.
