Indian edition of Oracle OpenWorld in Nov'04

NEW DELHI: Oracle India will host Oracle OpenWorld conference for business decision makers, business and IT managers, Oracle customers and partners at Mumbai between November 1 and November 3, 2004. Oracle OpenWorld Mumbai, the only one in South Asia, is part of the global, nine-country Oracle OpenWorld series organized by Oracle in the year 2004. The theme for Oracle OpenWorld Mumbai is 'Answers for your Industry, Applications for your Business.' "Indian businesses have global aspirations today. To achieve that, they need world-class IT infrastructure. This conference aims to address that need," said Oracle India Pvt Ltd MD, Shekhar Dasgupta. Keynotes by Oracle executive management, Oracle partners and thought leaders from the industry, product and solution sessions, customer workshops and partner-showcased solutions at four parallel industry tracks and one technology track for CIOs and IT managers, will be the highlights of this two-day event. The event is designed for Oracle customers and partners, and for all leading organizations in India with enterprise information management needs especially those in the process and discrete manufacturing, telecom, financial services and insurance, travel and transport, IT and IT enabled services and government organizations.
