BANGALORE: Indian space scientists are designing a new generation satellite with unfurlable antenna for mobile television services. The proposed spacecraft would have multimedia applications as well. "Satellite design is going on. It requires a huge antenna to be deployed in space and also high power. So, it's in the process," chairman of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) G Madhavan Nair said. "Unfurlable antenna is one of the major elements in that," Nair said adding it would take two years before the satellite gets ready for launch.
