I-mate launches Windows Mobile pocket PC phone

Bangalore: I-mate, a player in the global hi-tech mobile devices market, launched its Windows Mobile pocket PC phone, I-mate PDAL in India.

Chairman of I-mate, Pankaj Mohindroo exclaimed that they have received overwhelming response for i-mate devices last year. Considering the growth potential for converges devices in the southern market I-mate PDAL was launched in Bangalore.

However, the market size in 2007 for high-end converged mobile devices in India will cross approximately 200,000 units, says I-mate.
