IT Giants Moving Into Rural BPOs

Bangalore: Finding a job after studies was a nightmare for many young people in rural areas. But the scenario has taken a quick u-turn. Big IT giants are moving towards rural areas to set BPOs. Although there have been a few number of Rural BPOs setup so far, it is encouraging other companies to make the move for various reasons.



Now the BPOs move to rural areas and provide employment for the literates. Like earlier there is no need of migration to other places in search of jobs by the rural people.



Rural Shores



Rural Shores, a firm that had just set up a business process outsourcing (BPO) centre in  in AP. Founded in 2008, Rural Shores Business Services is one of the largest providers of BPO services out of rural areas, offering jobs to 1,000 educated youth.



Rural shores helps in providing training and handling computers with which an individual will be aware of his skills. Many such BPO centers are necessary to create employment in rural areas and this builds up new opportunities for the rural youths with better paid salaries.
