IKF Software to buy US Software Company for $ 3,00,000

NEW DELHI: IKF Software.com Ltd has announced the acquisition of US based software company NPR Solutions Inc. for $3,00,000, the company has informed the stock market. The company said that its board of directors had approved the acquisition and the transaction is subject to all statutory and regulatory approvals.
The acquisition will help IKF widen the operations in USA and provide a broad range of services.
Nashville, Texas based NPR Solutions, Inc.,is a provider of I.T staffing and out sources software development, systems integration and application maintenance services. It operates under a delivery model the using the onsite/offshore practice to achieve the efficient and cost effective development and deployment of large-scale systems.
