HTMT acquires Immaculate Interactions

BANGALORE: Hinduja promoted HTMT has acquired the business of Immaculate Interactions Ltd, an outbound call center in Bangalore for all cash deal.

Immaculate specializes in the outbound telemarketing space. With this acquisition, HTMT can now offer a more comprehensive range of services to the customers, in addition to the current inbound customer support, technical help desk and non- voice back office processing services, said company release.

With eight clinets, Immaculate has presence in the UK and Australian markets and this will further boost HTMT's reach in English speaking markets.

The acquisition comes with a team 200 people and adds approx 51,000 sq ft of additional space to the existing infrastructure capacity, very close to HTMT's existing facilities in Bangalore.

HTMT is currently servicing 42 clients and has around 4000 people working in its Bangalore facility.
