Bangalore: HP has announced its new networking products and services based on the HP FlexNetwork architecture that will deliver the increased flexibility clients need to keep pace with the demands of globalization and IT consumerization. This HP FlexNetwork architecture has four different network segments in it: 1.HP FlexFabric 2.HP FlexCampus 3.HP FlexBranch 4.HP FlexManagement The HP FlexNetwork architecture is designed to allow IT to manage these different network segments through a single pane-of-glass management application, HP Intelligent Management Center [IMC]. Enterprises have the freedom to choose the best-in-class solution for their businesses as the FlexNetwork architecture is based on open standards. The HP FlexFabric Network architecture combines advanced, standards-based platforms and advanced networking technologies to optimize performance and latency in virtualized server environments. It connects servers to a virtualized, high performance, low-latency network that consolidates multiple protocols into a single fabric to dramatically lower network complexity and cost. HP FlexCampus offerings include the new HP 3800 stackable switches, which provide up to 450 percent higher performance and a new reference architecture for campus environments that unifies wired and wireless networks to support mobility and high-bandwidth multimedia applications. An expanded HP FlexBranch portfolio of new virtualized service modules with technology from HP partners VMware and Citrix that helps to speed the service delivery of applications to branch offices, while saving 21 percent in cost. HP FlexManagement with integrated mobile network access control (NAC) in HP Intelligent Management Center 5.1 streamlines enterprise access to mobile devices and protects IT infrastructure from mobile threats.
