Godrej buys US-based BPO firm Upstream

MUMBAI: The Godrej group on Friday said that it has acquired Upstream, a US-based call centre company, in cash.
The acquisition was routed through Lawkim Upstream Contact Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lawkim, a Godre j group company. The deal size was not made available.
Upstream generates about $25 million in revenues from its third-party call centre activities, which are now being acquired by Godrej.
