FXLabs launches PC game AGNI

Mumbai: FXLabs, a game company in India, has launched its first PC adventure game AGNI. The game, which will be available for global audiences from today midnight (February 28), stars Malaika Arora Khan as the lead character. FXLabs has partnered with Zapak and Sify to publish the AGNI online. First PC game developed in India, AGNI is a Third Person Shooter-Role Playing Game (TPS-RPG) packed with action and drama. The game features over 10 original stages and four different characters (TARA, AGNI, GHAYAB and ADHIRA) with sound and visuals effects. Speaking at the launch of AGNI, Sashi Reddi, Founder and Chairman, FXLabs said, "AGNI is the result of our efforts to provide Indian gamers with international quality, content at Indian prices. We have followed 'AAA' production standard." Arun Mehra, Chief Marketing Officer, Zapak Digital Entertainment, said "Today Zapak is the leader in the gaming space with a gaming community of over 4 million. As this is probably one of the first Indian games that will stand up to international standards, we felt it was important to associate with FXLabs to promote the game. We would get our users to sample the game through a 60 min trial version which we will launch on Zapak.com soon." Commenting on the Sify association with the game, CVS Suri, Chief Operating Officer of the company, said, "Sify has been developing the online games market in India for a number of years with numerous initiatives through two hundred Sify GameDromes and over a thousand Sify iWays in more than a hundred cities.
