NEW DELHI: Global chemical firm DuPont on Wednesday said it would bring its 'Corian' brand of solid surface to India from the company's Singapore facility. "We will bring the solid surface from our regional warehouse in Singapore which will be fabricated in India and sold to restaurants, hospitals and corporate offices," DuPont Surfaces regional marketing manager Rebecca C M Chan said. 'Corian' is an advanced composite of aluminium-tri- hydrate and acrylic (PMMA) developed as a material which can be moulded in many shapes, including bowls and used in day to day life. The company has already introduced the product in 25 cities and by next year it would be available in 35-40 cities, she said.
