Cybernet ties up with IBM India

CHENNAI: San Jose, CA based Manageinfra, the IT Infrastructure services division of Cybernet Software Systems (CSS), has tied up with IBM India to provide Lotus Notes/Domino platform services to Indian companies. Cybernet Software Systems said that both the entities would provide infrastructure management solutions and help companies to improve their IT assets performance. CCS CEO Shiv Kumar said, "In our company, using a combination of Linux and Lotus Notes we have been able to cut down the number of servers we use to service our requirements from 30 to just one." Besides lower cost of infrastructure, the companies will also need less number of engineers.
