While attending the University of Texas in 1984, he founded the company as PCs Limited and initially ran the company from his dorm room until he decided to drop out of college to run his company full time. He got a family loan for $300,000 dollars and began to give his full attention to the new company. Today he has a net worth of $15 billion.
