Cloudmark raises $4.5 M in Series B

SAN FRANCISCO: Cloudmark, a provider of anti-spam technology for consumers and enterprises, said it has received $4.5 million in its Series B round of funding. Ignition Partners led the round.

Recently the company celebrated the one-year anniversary of its product SpamNet, which has half a million users across the world.

Cloudmark was founded by CTO Jordan Ritter, also co-founder of Napster and Vipul Ved Prakash, Chief Scientist and author of Vipul's Razor.
