Chennai: Cambridge Solutions is investing $ 1 million dollars for its 70,000 sq ft facility in Chennai that can accommodate more than 600 people. “The move reinforces our commitment to providing our customers with a secure, state-of-the-art facility. At the same time it provides for a stimulating environment, in which our employees can give off their best,” said Chris Sinclair, executive chairman and CEO, Cambridge Solutions. “We have a unique global delivery model that integrates our client-facing teams with global operations across the world, including India,” said Satyen Patel, executive vice chairman, Cambridge Solutions. He even added that India played a major role in their global growth plans, as there was an increased demand for KPO. Currently, the company intends to move only 550 employees into the new facility. As per the CFO Pradeep Chaudhary, this would create an opportunity to take in 100 more people. The BPO-centric IT company concentrates on insurance, banking, financial services, government and manufacturing. Other than offices in Chennai and Bangalore, it has development centers in US, Australia and Europe.
