#6 Apple invented the tablet

Like apps, Apple did not invent the tablet, it popularized the device. The history of the tablet PC goes all the way back to the 1960s with the arrival of the Dynabook concept, which was created by Alan Kay in 1968. Targeted at children, the Dynabook concept embodied all the elements of a graphical user interface as early as 1972. The tablet was revolutionary, but accolade goes to Microsoft, which launched a series of largely unsuccessful Microsoft Tablet PCs in the early 2000s – a whole 10 years before the launch of Apple’s iPad.       

#5 Apple is friendly

Apple is regarded as a friendly company, with acceptable face of global capitalism and consumer electronics. But is not different from any other multinational corporations; it uses offshore accounts to avoid paying tax, exploits cheap labour in developing countries and has even been accused of price fixing by the US Justice Department.
