HYDERABAD : Bodhtree Consulting has announced the availability of Content e-Enablement Solution (CeS) for sectors such as publication, library, healthcare, banking and insurance, education, and government.

The technology offers digitisation of historic archives stored on print, microfilm or microfiche media. According to a press release, digitising content solves both the problems of preservation and retrieval. Publications can distribute content to their subscribers through Internet or even in CDs thus adding online revenues.

Presently tailored for publications, the solution is also applicable to areas like medical case sheets, banking vouchers, insurance and legal documents, education records, land and revenue records, which possess valuable documents. All documents used in the sectors can be digitally archived and retrieved using tools provided along with the solution.

“We want to help publishers get their valuable content to a reliable and fail-safe storage format, make it available to internal research teams/online subscribers adding online revenue channels,” said Mr Sanjiv Gupta, Bodhtree’s CEO.
