BlackBerry Plans To Go Private: Sources
BlackBerry, who had high hopes for a turnaround on its new line of BlackBerry 10 devices, is yet to comment on this issue.
If the company goes private, then it would be one of the biggest turnarounds in Smartphone history. Also known to be as the pioneers in providing secured emails on mobiles, BlackBerry recently revealed their plans to unveil more devices running on the BlackBerry 10 operating system.
The sources also revealed that the company had private discussions with private equity firm Silver Lake Partners, who are currently caught up with a $25 billion battle to take PC giants, Dell private.
Will Dell buyout plan work out or will we see a two way battle for Dell and BlackBerry or will we see a breathtaking merge between Dell and BlackBerry? Too many questions and very less answers. Let’s wait and see how the story unfolds by itself.
