BioImagene And Scimagix Merge In Stock Deal

San Jose, CA: Mohan Uttarwar, Abhi Gholap amd Gauri Naik cofounded BioImagene Inc. to merge with Scimagix. Both of them provide image-based informatics for pharmaceutical research and will merge in an all-stock deal.
