Intel has guided its growth policy by focusing more on innovations in the processor market and the same has yielded results for them in the past. But of late the scenario is hinting towards the question: Why spend on best when good enough is fine? This mentality has struck Intel big time. On the same line, tech giant like Apple are taking a break from Intel’s processors and using their own to avoid costs.

3. Intel as a Contract Manufacturer:

As Intel has a well established reputation, the new management team can focus more on cashing on the same rather than trying something completely out of the box. Intel can continue manufacturing processors for other companies.

4. Dependency on Windows:

Microsoft and Intel have had a long standing relationship and thus Intel’s fate relies majorly on Windows and is expected to remain so in the near future as well.
