BANGALORE: ECE Holdings, (ECE), a leading global provider of outsourced technical support and customer service, and an HIG Capital company, a leading private equity investment firm, is picking up majority stake in the Dallas, Texas-headquartered iSeva, Inc., an outsourcing services provider. Rather than a strategy of simply moving work offshore, the acquisition will help ECE to focus on 'right shoring' , that is moving the right channel of support for the right type of work to the right geography for the right reason."
