BANGALORE: ECE Holdings, (ECE), a leading global provider of outsourced technical support and customer service, and an HIG Capital company, a leading private equity investment firm, is picking up majority stake in the Dallas, Texas-headquartered iSeva, Inc., an outsourcing services provider.

Rather than a strategy of simply moving work offshore, the acquisition will help ECE to focus on 'right shoring' , that is moving the right channel of support for the right type of work to the right geography for the right reason."

ECE is one of the leading providers of technical support and customer service outsourcing to high-technology companies.
