BANGALORE: U.S. based nascent telecom company Aylus Networks Inc today announced the launch of its global Research and Development center here to build mobility management switching solutions that would enable service providers deliver mobile broadcast TV/Video and multimedia services across multiple access networks. The company, which commenced its operations in January this year, hoped to deploy the product early October next year, company President and CEO Mahesh Ganmukhi told newspersons here. He said the Bangalore R&D center, which would have 25 engineers by the end of the year, would work in tandem with the center at Massachusetts in the U.S.. Aylus had raised $ 10 million from Matric Partners and North Bride venture partners for technology development. The Bangalore center would also focus on quality assurance and testing.
