Ayan is ICICI OneSource North America chief

MUMBAI: ICICI OneSource, one of IndiaÂ’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, has announced the appointment of Ayan Chatterjee as President - North America. He will be based in Orange County, Calif. ICICI One Source provides services to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies and has proven end-to-end full service expertise in consumer industries like financial services, retail, telecom and utilities. He takes on the mantle from Raja Gopalakrishnan who moves to the Asia Pacific (APAC) as Regional Director.
Ayan Chatterjee brings over 12 years of rich expertise in the understanding and practice of Strategic Planning, Business Processes, Information Technology and People. In his senior management roles at organisations like Syntel, Infosys and Accenture, he has developed and implemented global sourcing strategies for technology and business processes.
Ayan Chatterjee’s last assignment was as Senior Vice-President and Head of Sales & Relationship Management at Syntel. Prior to this, Chatterjee spent over five years with Infosys Technologies as Head of Sales & Relationship Management for the Western Americas and was a member of their Management Council. He was responsible for Infosys’ revenues and profits for one of their largest strategic regions, including BPO services from Progeon. He has also worked with the world’s leading management consulting and technology services company– Accenture, where he managed projects in Business Process Restructuring, Systems Implementations, Strategy and Organisation Design for clients in a variety of industries.
