Asheem Chandna joins Neoteris advisory board

MOUNTAIN VIEW: Neoteris, an instant secure application access vendor, on Wednesday announced that Asheem Chandna has joined its advisory board, as the company continues to grow its industry leadership, global operations and product development. Most recently, Chandna was vice president of Business Development and Product Management with Check Point Software Technologies. Chandna worked at Check Point for more than six years and was part of the core management team that led and grew Check Point into becoming the worldwide leader in securing the Internet. Chandna founded Check Point's Business Development and Product Management organizations. He also led corporate marketing during high-growth years, and was responsible for leading Check Point's business/product strategy and industry partnerships. Prior to Check Point, Chandna was vice president of Marketing at CoroNet Systems, a venture-funded startup, where he helped create and define a new industry product category for application-aware network monitoring. After Compuware acquired CoroNet, Asheem led Marketing for the EcoNet Division at Compuware. Before that, Chandna held senior marketing and product management positions with SynOptics/Bay Networks and AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds BS and MS degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
