Apple's new MacBook Pro laptop clubbed with Light Peak


Bangalore: The recent buzz is of launching Light Peak with faster data rate in new MacBook Pro laptops of Apple this week, and so Sony is also joining the league to incorporate Light Peak in their laptops. Technologywise,it will employ what is called Light Peak but by a different name to be used, to impart high speed functioning to MacBook Pro laptops. Light Peak is used to work as a substitute for cables that connect something to the computer. It was initially used by Intel. It has also been ascertained by Intel, that Light Peak will be shipped in the first half of 2011. Fiber-optics that make up the Light Peak is going to be replaced by copper wires to expand its diverse usages. Compared to Universal Serial Bus(USB) 3.0, the Light Peak is faster and can carry data at 10 gigabits a second in both directions at the same time. When it comes to Apple, nothing can be moved into it secretly. Every single implementation of technology to be implanted becomes conspicuous. This leakage of information happens owing to the involvement of suppliers, retailers, and other partners along the way with Apple. To prevent unveiling of this coming trends in Apple's MacBook Pro laptop, Apple has warned retailers to keep the MacBook Pro laptop intact in their stores and not to break the seal on pallets. Even the European resellers have been asked not to open the sealed pallets. The possible reason may be to flood the market with what Apple want to, so as to bag the maximum number of customers
