Amir Hudda raises $9-M second round

ATLANTA: Amir Hudda founded Brickstream Corporation, a Atlanta, GA-based provider of customer analytics solutions for brick-and-mortar retail organizations, has a $9 million second round led by RBC Technology Ventures. Existing investors including Columbia Capital and Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV) also participated.
Brickstream had raised a $6.2 million first round in March 2003 led by Columbia and MDV.
Amir Hudda, Brickstreams Chairman of the Board, served as the Founder & CEO of Entevo Corporation (acquired by Bindview Corporation). Hudda has earlier worked with S1 and Secureware. Hudda holds a Master of Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a BS in computer engineering from the University of Poona, India.
