Aftek Infosys buys 49% of German co

MUMBAI: India's Aftek Infosys Ltd said on Friday it had bought a 49 percent stake in Munich-based Arexera Information Technologies GmbH for 8.86 million euros in cash. The Indian software services company said it would buy the remaining 51 percent of Arexera in the next three to four years.
