INDIANAPOLIS,IN:The American Teleservices Association (ATA) today announced the creation of Chapters in Mumbai and Bangalore giving the ATA its first international presence. “Over the past months, our International Committee has worked diligently to establish these two Chapters. Leaders in India have been invaluable to our success, and we’re proud to announce the appointment of each Chapter’s new President,” said ATA CEO Tim Searcy. Pradip Khemani, Vice President of Strategic Accounts for GTL LIMITED, will lead the North-West India Chapter in Mumbai while Prasad Vanga, Account Director of Valdel Xtent will look after the South-East Chapter in Bangalore. “I am excited to expand ATA’s services globally and focus on these services in a manner which will generate many great initiatives for our India members as well as our industry,” said Pradip Khemani of the ATA North-West India Chapter. “Having a local arena in which ideas can be shared and developed among industry leaders and veterans enables us to deepen our knowledge and understanding of the changes occurring in the teleservices industry,” said Prasad Vanga of the ATA South-East India Chapter.
