#4 Dubbed as fashion failure
Lately being a geek is getting fashionable, thanks for the products that pack good design and colors, and that’s where Google Glass falls flat on its awkward face. Forbes’ Karsten Strauss recently dubbed Glass a “fashion failure,” yet only about a 18 percent of the correspondents said they had concerns about how they’d look wearing the device. Sixteen percent disliked Glass’ design, and 13 percent said they’d wait to buy it until it was more mainstream.
#3 Users are worried about accidents
And Forbes’ Karsten Strauss also adds that he’s feeling unsettled about the sharp-edged cube of glass (the display) placed directly in front his eye. And imagines what it might be if he receives a quick smack to the face, say, an opening door or in some fight, and the little cube of crystal goes into eye. The thought is not unique to him only, many others have concerns about it.
