A survey on 2,000 people commissioned by Rackspace and the University of London’s Goldsmiths’ College, which investigated attitudes toward Glass and other wearable computing devices, found that people who don’t want Glass are indeed turned off by its price more than its freakish look. An amazing 37 percent thought it would “probably be too expensive," at $1,500.

And wanted to test the water before they could take a plunge, obviously at that price, people won’t consider it unless it is proven a big success.

#7 General lack of interest in using wearable technology of any kind

While 37 percent of people said they don’t have any interest when it comes to wearable technology; about 31 percent perceived Google Glass as a useless gadget, “wouldn't know how to use it or what to use it for.”
