Alan Fishman
Alan Fishman had a remarkably small stint as the CEO of Washington Mutual (WaMu). Within 18 days of his assuming office, WaMu's banking assets were seized by federal regulators in the largest bank failure in American History. Washington Mutual's banking operations were sold to JPMorgan Chase for $1.836 billion, while the remainder of WaMu was declared bankrupt the next day.
