The former Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz was recently shown the door for failing to turn the tides of a troubled company. Stagnant revenues and profits were supposed to be the major reasons for Yahoo firing its CEO. The company had hoped to see increased earnings and effective investor management under Carol. The company was hugely disappointed as the former Yahoo CEO completely failed in the above two arenas. The company felt Carol did not have enough experience to solve the issues facing Yahoo.
