An internationally controversial statement came from the French President Nicolas Sarkozy when he said “I cannot bear Netanyahu, he’s a liar” to the U.S. President Barack Obama. He was talking about Israel’s prime minister to Obama, just before a news conference at the G-20 summit in Cannes. Interestingly the statement made by the French President was not intended to cover by the media. He was not aware of the fact that the mike was on.

The reply to the statement by the American President also became popular with this comment. Obama replied “You’re fed up with him, what about me?” “I have to deal with him every day.”

French website Arret Sur Images heard the chat, and published the quotes for the first time. It was soon taken over by media all over the world. Surprisingly there was no denial from the White House or the Elysee Palace regarding the humiliation.
