The worst of all career moves was made by James Caan, and actually he is the genius who did it twice. First he turned down the role of Superman in the 1978 movie Superman and the very next year he let go of the lead role in the movie Kramer vs. Kramer. The first movie made Christopher Reeve a superstar faster than we can spell superman and the second one, which according to James was not interesting enough, got Dustin Hoffman his first Best Actor Oscar. James, I bet you would not be saying anymore that the role was not interesting!
