It focuses on student’s loan which is difficult to get in developing countries. Lenders browse through a list of students and select who they wish to fund in the range of $200 to $1500. The recipient of the loan can repay the loan after getting a job.
The loans are helping 10,000 students to complete their higher education by 2015. Ironically, Vittana’s loans are being backed by Amazon.com.

Yellowleg.com is an e-commerce company headquartered in Bangalore. It is an online bookstore that specializes in offering a wide selection of travel books. Yellowleg.com also lets users return the books they buy for in-store credit. In late 2011, the company also launched a marketplace for travel planners and consultants to offer their services from the Yellowleg.com site.
