Lee Miller founded the organization in 2003 with a vision to provide one-on-one assistance to  soldiers returning from the battle field. Wounded Warrior Mentor Program helps service men and women in finding jobs, maximizing their benefits and providing emotional backup. This non-profit organization serves 400 wounded warriors across the country, and is helped by over 350 voluntary paramedical.

#3 Stiletto Gear

Founder: Celeste Boyd

Boyd always wanted to implement her fashion designing skills into military wear as she was the wife of an active service men. This lead to the birth of Stiletto gear, which sells logo T-shirt for ladies and kids. The online clothing company features products with images and captions that are military oriented. The company is based in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and now manufactures men’s wear as well.

Founder: Chris Cancialosi

With the knowledge and experience in serving the Army as a consultant, Chris Cancialosi founded his own establishment gothamCulture in 2006. The company is based in New York City and concentrates on providing consultation for organizational culture assessment and large-scale organizational change.
