You can find a free iPad app called Treehouse that can teach you Objective-C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, and SQL. There is also a dedicated section for iOS and Android app development if you are interested in it.

#5 Picking up a new language

If you want to learn some new languages like Spanish, French and others, the site openculture.com is pretty good place to start. Duolingo is another great place to learn Spanish, English, French, German, Portugese or Italian. These websites also have free apps for iOS and Android.
