It is a brand that produces interlocking plastic bricks for over 60 years. Most of the kids are fascinated about interlocking these plastic bricks together and building a skyscraper or a plane or a car etc. In 2003 the company experienced a 35 percent decline in their business, later in 2004 it underwent a drastic change when the CEO of the company, Jorgen Vig Knudstorp decided to make deals and get licensing from toys and video based “Star wars” and “Toy Story” franchises. It also introduced Lego Super Heroes and Lego “Lord of the Rings” chain in 2012 and gained tremendous profit.
