6. Allergan
Settlement: $600 million

Allergan is a multinational pharmaceutical company that includes products like ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, dermatology products, and neurological products.

Allergan was penalized for misleading consumer and governments by saying that their anti wrinkle cream Botox could relieve headaches and migraine. The company was also accused of bribing the doctors to prescribe their patients to use Botox.

The company had to go for a settlement of $600 million for its unlawful activities.
