Nokia

Nokia was the king in the mobile phone sector for almost a decade, which saw its Symbian-based phones slashing the throats of other competitors. Then the King did dome massive mistakes: It overlooked the budding Android and iOS; and failed to see the rising demand for low-end cheaper mobile phones. The financial performance of Nokia has been sinking after the newer mobile operating systems became widely acclaimed. Manufacturers like Micromax, Lemopn, and Karbonn took over the low-end mobile market. Nokia is has made a very late entry with cheaper phones and partnering with Microsoft to churn out the high-end smartphones; though the chances of success seem bleak.
