No Written Hierarchy
It is true that you must all be friends, peers, and started the company together. But not to have a written hierarchy level is not a good sign. This means there is no one with decision making power. This cannot have a positive influence on the smooth functioning of the company. Every decision made would have taken more time than necessary and there will be several decisions pending at any given point. So, make sure, along with your business plan, you make a hierarchy level also. It is also good to incorporate both. Understand each other's strengths and weaknesses and distribute the positions accordingly. If unable to get to an understanding between the co-founders, then it can also be done with the help of an industrial expert or advisor.
